I know what it's like to have it all and at the same time feel completely unfulfilled. Instead of settling, I took a risk and followed my heart to leave a toxic marriage and start over again in my career, but it was worth it. Today, I'm living the authentic life I always dreamed of and coaching other women to do the same.
Hi! I'm Danielle Lea
Are you struggling to stay focused on your career goals? Are heartache and anxiety getting in the way of success? Feeling like life is passing by without fulfilling its purpose? It can be difficult to find direction when faced with so many obstacles. That’s why more professionals are turning to a spiritual life coach for assistance—but before beginning your journey, there are four important steps you need to take. With resilience, tenacity, vibrant creativity, confidence, and a sense of glam urgency come these essential guidelines for setting yourself up for success. Uncover what it takes here before hiring an online life coach.
There’s just something about the promise of a new year, a clean slate per se, and the hope that we attach to its meaning.
But when you examine the origin of resolution, it comes from the Latin root “solutus” (meaning ‘made loose’), and at its core, resolution is an extension of the word resolve, in which the ending means ‘to release’ tied to resolve where the word resolution comes from.
But resolution is merely a conjugation of the word resolve, in which its ending ‘-solve’ means “to release”.
And with 13 full moons each year, the most symbolic releasing symbol since the dawn of time, what is it about the New Year that causes people to want to place massive restrictions on their life and make promises that, statistically, 50% of people give up on in less than 45 days??
Maybe I’m not as affected by this silly ritual because I’ve always been committed to soul work or processes that make me feel full and content rather than constricted and confined.
And if you’re one of those people too, someone looking to shine your light brighter, committed to growth, and building your life by design, not default; you’re probably looking for a spiritual life coach.
You see, as a life coach, I help my clients align their life goals and desires with their unique inner value systems.
We are so conditioned to follow a pre-planned path…go to college, get a job, start a 401K, get married & have children, save for retirement…that most people forget to stop along the way and ask the question, “does this make me happy?”
But what happens is you’re someone audacious enough to ask the question, and the answer is NO, I’m not truly happy in the life I’m living.
What then?
You start looking for a life coach.
Because no one knows how to pivot better than your all-inspiring, super-aligned, master-manifestor spiritual life coach!
And that’s ME.
First of all, no, you are not flighty, wishy-washy, or whatever you remember people have called you in the past. You don’t have a commitment problem, and you CAN stick with things…you just need to be in alignment with who you are TODAY.
You’ve changed over the years because you’ve had to. And that’s exactly what the game of L.I.F.E demands of you.
So, before you try to talk yourself out of reading any further, keep going. Don’t look back. Answering the nudge from your internal longing is the first step.
Step to what, you might ask.
Becoming the YOU-iest YOU you can possibly be! (That’s the whole point of hiring a spiritual life coach.) Because you lean in and commit to living life unapologetically, your internal subconscious safety zone will try to pull you back to the old you.
And remember, you’ve already outgrown her.
Now, all you have to do is find The One—a Spiritual Life Coach that gets you.
The one who’s already been through hell and back and will help you dig into this process with ease and grace, leaving the heartaches and struggles of regret and missed moments behind.
I don’t mean you must want to live the same way, but you want to be able to relate to their journey. For example, if FREEDOM is something you desire to create in your life, you may want to look for a coach who travels and works from anywhere in the world.
If you are looking to make a big relationship change, you might not click with a coach that’s married to their high school sweetheart.
The cadence in which the conversation flows is really important here. The transformation you seek will require you to be real, honest, and straight-up vulnerable.
Trust is of the utmost importance here.
Remember, this is the person who’s going to help you push past limiting beliefs, stretch and solidify your value system, expand how and who you love (including the way you love yourself), and break free of generational ties and karma that is not yours to carry.
And that last part is HUGE! It is absolutely crucial that you ask if this is something they can handle—it’s the most valuable thing a spiritual life coach can offer! (IMO)
Understanding these expectations upfront will help you choose the right coach for you and ensure you do your part in contributing to the coaching relationship.
This can be done before your initial conversation (to help uncover if you click with them) or after as a kind of vetting process to see if they are portraying an accurate picture of who they said they are.
Working with a Spiritual Life Coach can unlock magical parts of you that either you didn’t realize was there or that have maybe lied dormant until this point in your life.
The spiritual life coaching-client relationship should be a safe space where you feel comfortable sharing your desires and longing and receiving feedback that may not always be what you hope to hear.
Together you should set goals for your desired micro-transformations that happen along the way, understanding that many of the big life changes may not fully materialize until after a coaching session has been completed.
